Sunday, April 27, 2008 Hey, keep praying, PUSH (Pray Until Something Happens). Ps: Liangzhi, sorry...i use your tai chi, but i think this is really important & useful to everyone, so i just wrote it there.. Haha.. Although some of us, our prayer request might be long, might be the same, but still can pray, isnt it? (: So stop complaining.. Its our privillage to pray!! JIAYOU people!! =D There is a list of things u need to pray for individual person: Yvonne: - Pray that God will lead me out of big & small temptation, to do what He wants me to do. - Pray that i will be able to get leave on every saturday during my attachment, so that i can go church. - Pray that in attachment days, I will put God first no matter how tough it may be. - Pray that i will have discipline to re-adjust my life-style. - Pray that i will have the courage to ask my parents for permission for baptism. - Pray that i will be able to come for the upcoming events. - Pray for my family also, many things happening, Pray that God will turn things around in my family. - Pray that i will glorify God no matter what i do, during working. - Pray that my dental appointment (Orthodontics) on 29 april, it will be a success. And seriously i'm very scared to go for the checkup. & also scared to put braces, they will inject the numbness thingy into our gum. Pray that my fear will be taken care by God. - Pray for me, last time when i walk/stand for long period of time, my spine will pain. But now, when i stand/walk awhile, the pain comes very fast. I didnt know what happen, but my boss say its cos my spine is not straight. - Pray for each and every zealot 4 members, to be obedience towards God, live life that pleases Him. And also make and effort to impact own friends life. (: JIAYOU ZEALOT 4!!! =D *PS: Sorry people, for this LONG prayer request.. >< Weekiat: -Pray that i would excel in my studies and involvement in school. Ken: - Pray for Strength, as I am weak without Him. - Discipline to keep my path pure. - Sound mind, cos i'll go crazy in this sinful world. Weida: - Pray against temptation, procrastination, laziness & tiredness. - Pray that I will continue to make effort to mediate on the word of God. - Keep our brother & sister in prayer especially for those who had not come church for a long time. - Pray that i will continue to make full use of my time. - Pray for the upcoming Mother's Day event. YVONNE™❤ (0) rain drops. Saturday, April 12, 2008 Hey people, I'm here to share my testimony. God keep prompting me to share this to every1, so here i am sharing.. (: Sorry if my english is broken, but for those who knows me, you all should know how is my english la, understand jiu can liao. LOL!! Ok, here i go, ahem... =D Yesterday, 11th april 2008, Lydia (attachment assistant staff) called me, asked me whether can go back to work on sat (cos one of the staff is sick) which is tomorrow from 11am to 5pm. I tell her I am not sure but in my heart, I really don't want to go back to work on sat. But i am scared to tell the company. Like I say, its attachment we cannot take any leave we like. Basically, it's like a dog being ordered and NEED to follow instruction. The company can sack you when they like, and you will fail the whole course. So this attachment is very crucial to me. Then I just tell lydia that I will confirm with her again. So i quickly sms Liangzhi whether can spare me time to call him or not. He say 5 mins, but at that moment, I cant answer the call as my mum is beside me. I'm afraid she will scold me when she overheard my conversation with Liangzhi. So i ask Liangzhi whether can call him in 15mins time when I reach Bishan (to catch prawn, Hehe..It's FUN!!), but he ask me to call him at around 6 plus as he's having Boy's Brigade soon. And i was like "ok lor". So i quieten down my heart and pray and ask God how. He didn't immediately answer me. When i catch prawn till around 5 plus, to my surprise, lydia called me, say got people work on sat le. I was like so happy la~ (: Then lydia was laughing at the other side of the phone, and keep say you happy liao hor, for quite a few time. I didnt say anything but keep laughing also. But in my heart, I was like keep thanking God. After I hang the phone, I keep praising God, worship God also. With the help of my handphone music. I mean, just feel like listening to Christian Song and worship Him. I know that it's all God's help. THANK YOU GOD!!! P.S. Please pray for me! Before I came to church, my teacher told me that the boss dont like me for repeatedly asking off on saturday. other staff dont even dare to ask leave themselves. My teacher say she very angry with me.. ): Pray that I can take off every sat to come church. Seriously, i need prayers. Xie Xie.. And also make and effort to impact own friends life. Although everybody having holiday, but we wont use it as an excuse not to do so. Thokkai: - Pray for those mission trippers tt they will have a fruitful trip there. and GOd will give them journey mecry. back at sg safe n sound. Weida: - Pray against temptation, laziness & tiredness. - Pray that this week I will make full use & keep our Brother & Sister especially for those who had not been coming church for a long time. Sabrina: - Pray that God conviction will speak through even in my quiet time & through the people around me. - Pray that mum will be able to go for the Mother's Day event, that her heart will be open to it. Pray that on that day she no need to work. - Pray that this semester will be one that is different. - Pray that I'll be self discipline in my studies.
